OOS JAN2011 - As it turns out the city of LaSalle Well #11 motor was not bad. There is a short in the 350-ft. power line running between the well and the control panel . The lines are frozen into a 2-inch buried PVC conduit. The Mayor has just given me the go-ahead to install overhead tri-plex temporarily, to run the well. With the snow now of we should be able to accomplish thisi within the next few weeks. David L. Stacker email of 1/3/11
